Run Buddy! Privacy Policy

OurPuppy (“we”) respects the privacy of users of the mobile game Run Buddy! (달려라군, the “App”). This policy explains what information is collected and how it is used.

1. Information We Collect

We do not offer accounts and we do not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, phone number or email address. The App includes an advertising service, Google AdMob, and a game analytics service, GameAnalytics, which automatically collect the following information:

Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID)
Device information (model, OS version, language settings, etc.)
IP address and the approximate location derived from it
App usage data (ad impressions and clicks, app launches), crash and diagnostic data
Gameplay statistics (level starts, completions and failures, ad views, in-app purchase items and amounts, session length) and a randomly generated user identifier

Your game progress data (levels, currency, etc.) is stored only on your device. Only the statistics above are sent to the analytics service, and they do not include directly identifying information such as your name.

2. How We Use Information

To show ads (personalized and non-personalized)
To limit ad frequency and measure ad performance
To prevent fraud and invalid traffic
To improve game difficulty and balance and analyze errors (GameAnalytics)

Information collected by AdMob is transferred to and processed by Google LLC (United States) for the purposes above, and retained according to Google’s policies.

Gameplay statistics and device information are transferred to and processed by GameAnalytics ApS (Denmark, EU) for analytics, and retained according to GameAnalytics’ policies.

4. Retention

We do not store your personal information ourselves. Information collected by the advertising and analytics services is retained and deleted according to the policies of Google and GameAnalytics.

5. Your Choices and Rights

Reset or delete your Advertising ID: go to your device’s Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads). Deleting it stops personalized ads.
Change your consent (EEA, UK and other regulated regions): open the App’s Settings → Privacy Settings.
Uninstalling the App deletes the game data stored on your device.
Depending on where you live (e.g. EEA/UK under the GDPR, California under the CCPA), you may have additional rights such as access, deletion or objection. Contact us to exercise them.

6. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Security

We do not store personal information on our own servers. Communication with the advertising and analytics services is encrypted (HTTPS).
